A Bit About Josh
Josh is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families lead healthier, more fulfilling lives and relationships. He helps clients break free from negative patterns and uncover strategies for meaningful change. With specialized training in couples, family, and individual therapy, his clients range from adults and young adults to teens and children.
Passionate about working with clients from all cultures and backgrounds, Josh creates a welcoming, non-judgmental space where individuals feel safe and understood. His approach is tailored to each person’s unique qualities, strengths, and motivations, and how these interact with their relationships and environment.

Before becoming a therapist, Josh spent eight years in the corporate sector. He is currently completing a Master's Degree in Couples and Family Therapy at Seattle University and utilizes a variety of therapeutic models, emphasizing research-supported methods.
“As a father, husband, and someone with personal experiences in blended families and adoption, I bring a variety of perspectives that enrich my work with clients,” he says. Outside of work, Josh enjoys staying active, exploring the outdoors with his family, and traveling.
