A Bit About Caroline
Caroline Ciesko is passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate the complexities of life: dealing with anxiety, coping with grief, or managing relationship challenges. She provides a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can safely explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Caroline aims to empower her clients to build resilience, foster personal growth, develop a deeper understanding of themselves, and guide them to a more fulfilling life.

Caroline tailors her therapeutic approach to meet each client's unique needs. Drawing from a diverse set of effective therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), she collaborates with clients to develop practical strategies that align with their goals and values. Through this process of self-discovery, clients can achieve tangible results and make meaningful changes in their lives.

Caroline has a background as a school psychologist in Germany and holds a master's degree in education with a focus on psychology from the University of Munich. She is now expanding her expertise by pursuing a second Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Seattle University.
Outside of her professional life, Caroline enjoys exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, engaging in outdoor activities, and spending quality time with her family.
Caroline knows that taking the first step toward change can be challenging, but she is here to support you throughout your journey.
